
A little over a year since I stopped smoking. I had been a heavy smoker before (almost a pack a day) and quit smoking has been a real victory myself. This gave confidence in me that I could better myself and helped me want to do the same in other areas
so I wanted to share with you the tricks that helped me to stop after several failed attempts. I want to say that one can find many other tricks, including the Internet, but my goal is to present only those that have worked for me.
