Quit smoking with nicotine patch or chewing gum, electronic cigarette...Do I really need them?

Quitting smoking is absolutely the ultimate quest for every smoker...

A non-smoker couldn't really understand what kind of "hell" of "slavery" smoking is, not even if he is witness of a struggling life of a smoker.

I know that a lot of smokers profess themselves happy and willing smokers, but the truth is that they are just lying to themselves before and to the rest of the world after...How can I be so sure?

Simple...just a number to answer...20

Yes, right 20 years passed saying to everybody:"I know it is a health hazard, but...I like it!"

So, sooner or later, in the life of every smoker arrives the day of the big decision...I am going to quit!

The problem is how...

A lot of people believe that the problem is just to choose a way, a method...

The matter is that every method is good or absolutely wrong because:

Quitting smoking is a MATTER of MINDSET!

For so many years we lie to ourselves about how much we love the cigarette and for so many years the society (or better the marketing behind it) has forced us to believe that quit smoking is near to be impossible.

Incredibly even the non-smokers believe that...

Now how could a person that lives a wonderful life without the cigarettes, that probably hates their smell, and that is always annoying the smoker to quit...believe that in a such a way restore the normal and natural breathing could be hard to accomplish?

Yes, I know you know...MARKETING!

So, if you do not cancel this wrong ideas from you mind, probably you will fail as soon as your willpower to quit is tested from some event that normally is induced, all along your life, to light up the cigarette.For example 90% of "new" non-smokers, start again if in their professional or romantic life some kind of difficulty appears.

And again, I know I will never be quite clear, stop smoking is about: MINDSET.

The only thing you need to quit smoking is your will to do that joined with a deep knowledge about the fake reasons that induced you to start and overall to keep smoking.

So far nicotine patch, nicotine chewing gum, electronic cigarette...whatever...Do I really need them to quit?...Absolutely NO!

I am speaking of everything containing nicotine, patches, gums, candies, whatever...Why smoking is an addiction? (Because it is, you like to recognize it or not...)...Because Nicotine is a drug that causes a fast chemical dependency in the subject after few minutes it has reached the brain. Normally this process takes really few minutes, thanks to the fact that after being breathed in the nicotine reaches immediately the bloodstream true the lungs.If you like to test my affirmations, try to count the time inter passing between you shut off one cigarette and the time you feel that kind of desire to light up another.If you are relaxed and you are checking that you will discover that this period of time is always about 40 minutes...do you know why?It is the natural dropping down of the nicotine level in your blood!In fact, just to be clear how much this is a "new discovery", almost all the tobacco companies usually pack the cigarettes in box of 20...you have to sleep a while or not?

So, what kind of purpose could have to try to quit an addiction continuing to drug yourself with the same substance?

Ok but you quit to follow the "cigarette ritual", and this could maybe allow you to change your mindset and enlarge your will to stop...

Unfortunately...It is quite common that in a moment of "exceptional" stress, still having the drug in your bloodstream, you will be taken to fall back!

Good, the addiction to cigarettes is not just a drug addiction, as heroine is for example.This because quit smoking HAS NO SIDE EFFECTS!

Diarrhea, vomiting, cough, hallucinations, tachycardia, anxiety, fever are normally produced from a withdrawal crisis in a heavy drug addict.Instead for a person that is quitting smoking all this "monsters" are limited to a tiny feeling of hunger and a soft feeling of empty...Fantastic isn't it?

YES, but if there is no problem to quit, why people continue to smoking?

Simple...MARKETING

Yes, we are so much convinced pro-smoking that we force ourselves that badly to do that!

It is incredible but IT IS JUST OUR CHOICE...

I believe that keep doing the same thing we did for years, even if this time we are not breathing the tobacco smoke, so far we are not releasing the nicotine drug into our bloodstream, means just keep smoking!

I mean we are not changing mindset, not understanding why we were smoking, not deciding to quit for real.

It is quite common that people use this devices only in the present of some relative that is forcing them to quit, or if they are in situation in which they cannot smoke, smoking a "normal cigarette" again everytime the occasion allows them to do that.

Ok, now someone will say:" my uncle John quitted smoking using...whatever"

Fine, remember uncle John was so determinate to quit smoking that he quitted despite the device he used and not thanks to it!

Most properly he quited two times!

First he quitted from cigarettes and after he had to do it again from the device itself!

Quitting smoking is about MINDSET...

Every person can do it, and no person needs nothing to do it!

Decide it and you will do it!
